With Smoker Flume

Light your grill and heat it to your desired cooking temperature. Fill your Smoker Flume with up to 45g of Hunter & Smoakes Original Smokies.
Place Smoker Flume horizontally on grill plate.
Burn pellets evenly until smoking. Blow out any flames after 2 minutes.
Grill food according to pack instructions. Close grill lid to seal in wood smoke seasoning.
With Foil Pocket
Good Results Without Smoker Flume
Light your grill and heat it to your desired cooking temperature.
Make a foil pocket following the instructions below.
Fill your foil pocket with up to 45g of Hunter & Smoakes Original Smokies and place directly onto the heat source with hole pointing upwards.
When the wood begins to smoke, place your meat on the grill and cook according to pack instructions. Close grill lid to seal in wood smoke seasoning.
How to Make a Foil Pocket
1. Cut and fold a piece of thick aluminium foil.
2. Fold the sides over twice each to make a pocket.
3. Fill pocket with 50g of Original Smokies.
4. Fold top of pocket over twice to seal and make a small hole in one side.
5. Place pocket directly on top of hot coals with hole pointing upwards.
6. Close grill lid to seal in wood smoke seasoning.
